Individual lash clusters are strategically applied to create a fuller, longer lash appearance while maintaining a lightweight and comfortable feel. Choose your desired style, from natural and wispy to soft glam and dramatic. Service Includes: ✔ Lash consultation ✔ Lash cleansing and prep ✔ Application of lash clusters ✔ Customized style selection ✔ Aftercare instructions Bottom Lash Add-On - $15 Bottom lashes are applied at the discretion of the technician based on natural lash health and suitability. Longevity: With proper aftercare, cluster lashes typically last 7–14 days. To maximize retention, avoid oil-based products around the eyes, excessive rubbing, steam, and sleeping directly on your lashes. Please Note: Longevity may vary based on lifestyle and aftercare. Duration: 45–60 Minutes Deposit Required: $25 Booking Policy A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. Please arrive with clean lashes free of mascara, strip lash glue, oils, and makeup. Excessive residue may require additional cleansing time or result in a service adjustment. To maximize retention, avoid oil-based products around the eyes and follow all aftercare instructions provided at your appointment. Cancellation Policy
Cluster Lash Service Policy To provide a safe, comfortable, and beautiful lash experience, please review the following policy before booking. By booking a Cluster Lash service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. APPOINTMENTS & DEPOSIT A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service balance. Deposits are non-refundable. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Deposits may be transferred one time with proper notice. LATE / NO-SHOW POLICY Please arrive on time. Excessive lateness may require your appointment to be shortened or rescheduled. No-call/no-shows forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay a new deposit before rebooking. BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT Please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes. Do not apply mascara, eyeliner, oils, lash serums, strip-lash glue, or other products around the eye area before your appointment. Additional cleaning or removal may result in an additional fee or rescheduling. Contact lenses should be removed before your service when possible. ALLERGIES & SENSITIVITIES Please disclose any known allergies, sensitivities, previous reactions to lash adhesive, eye irritation, or other concerns before your service begins. If your eyes appear irritated or the service cannot be performed safely, your appointment may be postponed or declined. RETENTION & AFTERCARE Cluster lash retention varies based on natural lashes, skin type, lifestyle, products used, moisture, oils, sleeping habits, and aftercare. Specific retention time is not guaranteed. Avoid rubbing, pulling, or picking at your lashes. Follow all aftercare instructions provided to help protect your natural lashes and maintain your lash set. REFILLS & OTHER ARTISTS' WORK Lash maintenance or fill-in services are performed only on lash sets originally applied by Exquisite Beauty By Beonka. REFUNDS & CONCERNS Please inspect your lashes before leaving & communicate any concerns immediately. Due to the time, products, and supplies used, completed lash services are non-refundable. PHOTOS Before-and-after photos or videos may be requested for portfolio, website, or social media use. You may decline photography at any time.
