Perfect for new clients looking to start a skincare journey or address concerns such as acne, hyperpigmentation, aging, dryness, or sensitivity. Cancellation Policy
This virtual consultation helps you understand your skin and create a personalized at-home skincare routine based on your concerns, goals, lifestyle, and current products. By booking, you agree to these terms. VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT Consultations are conducted virtually. Please join from a quiet, well-lit area with a stable internet connection. For the best assessment, attend with a clean, makeup-free face whenever possible. BEFORE YOUR CONSULTATION Have your current skincare products available. Be prepared to discuss your skin concerns, routine, allergies, sensitivities, medications or prescription skincare, recent treatments, and goals. APPOINTMENT TIME Please be ready at your scheduled time. Late arrival may shorten your consultation. Excessive lateness or failure to join may require rescheduling. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. No-call/no-shows may forfeit the consultation fee and require a new appointment. SKIN ASSESSMENT Virtual consultations are limited by lighting, camera quality, and the inability to physically examine your skin. Recommendations are based on the information and visual appearance available during the appointment. PERSONALIZED ROUTINE Recommendations may include cleansing, moisturizing, exfoliation, sun protection, product selection, and a suitable morning and evening routine. PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS Products are suggestions based on your consultation. You are not required to purchase any specific brand or product. Follow all product directions and discontinue use if significant irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs. RESULTS Results vary based on skin type, consistency, lifestyle, product use, and individual response. Specific results or timelines cannot be guaranteed. SCOPE OF SERVICE This consultation provides esthetic and cosmetic skincare guidance only and does not diagnose or treat medical skin conditions. Concerns requiring medical evaluation may be referred to a licensed healthcare provider. REFUNDS Virtual consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation is completed due to the time and personalized recommendations provided.
